The Arab Trade Union Confederation (ATUC) presents its e-Learning platform—an open space for learning, organizing, and building a stronger, more inclusive trade union movement across the Arab region.

In a rapidly changing world of work, continuous union education is essential to defend workers’ rights, strengthen collective action, and empower new generations of activists. This platform places special focus on youth and women, recognizing their central role in revitalizing and expanding the labour movement.

Online Courses

Our courses are designed to equip trade union members, especially young workers and women, with the tools to lead. Each course includes:

Knowledge tests and certificates
Themes cover organizing, just transition, social protection, digital platforms, gender equality, and more—tailored to the realities of Arab workers.
