The protesters called for the unpaid salaries to be released according to the deadlines agreed upon for other sectors and demanded their right to health insurance, risk, and Covid-19 allowances.
The syndicate stressed that the main demand is the payment of salaries to medical assistants and the new salary increases. It has threatened to resort to an open sit-in if these demands are not met.
